Client HDF Project

Accenture

This project was multifaceted, requiring many phases, different types of wireframes and challenges to be resolved. The goal of the project was to gather requirements, design, and implement an effective application for internal use to accommodate business development and service preparation, service execution, and billing. It could be called e-commerce for a specific service industry. This application would allow employees in various roles to gain, track and act on business development leads, organize and pitch a service offer, edit and complete a contract for service, track and accept all needed signatures, schedule the dates for the work to get done, order tools and supplies in preparation, schedule the specific workers for the service, monitor and track the progress of the work being done, bill the time of each worker in the field, show when the work has been completed and signed off on by appropriate parties, and allow the company to invoice their client for the services provided.

First shown is the landing dashboard page that was designed for all of the phases of use needed during the project and by various persona types both on and offline.  The dashboard displays a search feature for specific client or job access, a drop down denoting project phase, a coordinated secondary navigation that adjusts for the phase, rollovers in the secondary nav that allow choices for that particular step in the process as well as a communication section and a list for selecting a specific item in which to take action on.

Secondly there is a process delineation spreadsheet that I created to organize and document detailed requirements that are drilled down to understand what relevant aspects needed to be considered and included in the design.
