UX Design

The MetroCell site is a device activation and management site for business customers.  It is designed to allow users to purchase the device and activate and manage that device online. I utilized a hub and spoke model that was modified for this experience as it fit the client need best per requirements.

By clicking on the device a user will be taken through one of three flows depending on the state of the device.  If the device is activated, they will be taken to the manage screen; if the device is pending, they will be taken to the pending screen; if the device has yet to be activated, they will be taking to the activation flow. 

Users assigned to manage this device will be able to access performance reports and create approved user's lists via several methods.
